Led Zeppelin I

I was getting the led out today--and by getting the led out I mean sleeping until three--and I felt like drawing robert plant. I dunno if it really looks a whole lot like him, but I definitely nailed the hair and stance so I consider it a success. I'll post the other members later, ciao

Don't get me wrong, I'm a patient kinda guy, but when it takes ten minutes to load a single web page or upload a small jpeg I just wanna melt my computer with my laser vision, while my head grows to an obscene size and I brandish a hunting knife...I mean c'mon,  wouldn't you?

 I couldn't sleep (as usual) so I put on some lounge music and started drawing trees and other foliage. This was a lot of fun and a good way to get my creative juices flowing. I'll do some more and keep posting them. Night

Random Doodles

I've been watching a lot of Ren and Stimpy lately and I truly forgot how great that show is...the backgrounds are freakin' amazing and I love the way the characters are drawn. Here's a couple of sketches I did in that style.

Lichtenstein ain't got nothin' on me

So I finally managed to finish my Roy Lichtenstein inspired painting and it only took me 2 years, Yay! I procrastinated to the max on this one and forgot about it for a while (I think it was my final art project my senior year in high school), but lately I've been in the painting mood so I just had to finish it. I love old WWII planes--and the smell of acrylic paint, mmm brain damage--and I wanted to do a painting that was in the same vein as "WHAAM!" or any kind of fighter plane in the middle of a dogfight. What do yah think? Like it? Hate it? Don't give a shit? It's all good, no one reads this anyways.

Threadless Ideas?

Since my work was bought by douchebags who cut my hours/shifts, I've been trying to earn some extra money on the side, so I thought I'd give Threadless a shot and make some t-shirt designs. I thought about having bigfoot meet the abominable snowman for the first time and freaking out questioning/acknowledging each other's existance and saying, "He Does Exist!?" Cool? Cute? Meh?

Greetings and salutations blog-o-philes, I've been meaning to make one of these darn things for quite some time now but I tend to procrastinate way too much so...yea.
